The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Responsibilities will include:

• Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved;
• Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system;
• Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction;
