Platform/P2 Projects Quality Assurance

• Ensure that the target market's specific requirements including applicable regulations are known, understood and implemented.
• Define Quality and reliability targets for the Platform/P2 project. Setup, monitor and drive the Platform/P2 Quality Improvement Plan to achieve the targets.
• Pilot the Quality Assurance Plan (Quality Roadmap) for all Platform/P2 projects. Validate the related deliverables on time vs the project planning and at the expected maturity level.
• Ensure that Design Reviews and FMEAs are performed involving the necessary functions and experts and providing the deliverables on time and in line with the defined maturity criteria.
• Ensure that all relevant Lessons Learned Cards are taken into account in the Platform/P2 projects and for the update of Platform and RAISE standards.
