Platform Software Engineer

We are building a modern private cloud platform by treating infrastructure as a software product. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems, building automation, and enabling developers through scalable platform solutions.

You will work on Kubernetes/OpenShift-based platforms, develop APIs and automation, and improve reliability and scalability across hybrid environments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Design and develop platform components, including Kubernetes/OpenShift operators and APIs
+ Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Go, Python, or similar languages
+ Develop scalable microservices and platform services
+ Improve reliability through monitoring, observability, and automated recovery
+ Collaborate with application teams to enable self-service cloud capabilities
+ Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps workflows
+ Mentor team members and promote best practices in coding and system design
