This newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping how intelligent workflows, AI agents, and orchestration platforms transform patient, customer, and operational journeys across the organisation. Working within our Digital Platforms function, you will lead the evolution toward a “Cloud of Agents” model, combining advanced Agentic AI capabilities with digital workflow orchestration to deliver scalable, autonomous, and data-driven business processes.
