Platform Engineer

Senior Platform Frontend Engineer (UX) Location: Barueri, São Paulo (2-3 days onsite) Duration: Full Time Key Responsibilities Develop UI interfaces for the creation and management of AI agents. Enhance the Backstage IDP, building usage dashboards and metrics. Design a seamless UX for internal SDK consumption, focused on DevEx. Build interfaces for platform templates and automations. Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure excellent technical and visual quality. Requirements Strong and advanced experience with React and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Design Systems and complex API integrations. Previous experience building internal or platform applications. AI-Native profile (mandatory), with daily use of AI coding tools. Advanced technical English for global communication. Nice to Have Knowledge of Backstage. Experience designing UX for developers (DevEx). Frontend observability, monitoring, and metrics experience.
