Job Description

What You Will Do

Co-own the RegTech platform across Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, Linux systems, databases, observability and release processes.

Design and improve scalable, secure and repeatable infrastructure for production and non-production environments.

Strengthen deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response capabilities.

Drive platform improvements around resilience, performance, security, vulnerability management and compliance readiness.

Collaborate with software engineering, support and product teams to turn operational risks into structural improvements.

Promote documentation, automation and knowledge sharing to reduce key-person dependency.
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, CI/CD, containers and automation.
