Platform Engineer

The Role

Platform Engineers and Data Engineers in the Platform Engineering function build and operate the foundations that the rest of engineering relies on – infrastructure, delivery pipelines, observability, and services that keep software teams moving fast and shipping safely. The Platform team works closely with stream‑aligned development teams to understand their needs and remove friction. This role carries real ownership of infrastructure, tooling, and practices that daily enable engineering teams, including Software Engineers and AI Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code, ensuring changes are version‑controlled, reviewed, and reproducible; manage state, drift, and cost.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that provide fast feedback loops and reliable deployments, incorporating feature flags, rollback strategies, and staged rollouts.
