This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in the flexible benefits technology industry, who enjoys solving complex problems, enhancing system functionality, delighting clients and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Platform Build, Configuration & Quality Assurance

• Configure and maintain client benefits platforms, including eligibility rules, benefit calculations, rates, interfaces, reports and communication settings.
• Support annual cycle activities such as scheme updates, renewals and enrolment window configuration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and benefit providers to ensure accurate setup and data flows.
