Job Description

Springfield plating company currently seeking platers, rackers, maskers and more! Candidates with previous plating, metal finishing or has dealt with chemical manufacturing encouraged to apply! Full time, temp-hire opportunity!
Duties
Previous plating or chemical processing experience is a plus!

Safely and accurately rack products according to established procedures and specifications.

Ability to read and understand written/verbal instruction and handle basic math.

Monitor the quality of products being racked, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
