Schedule: 
12 hour DAY shift 645am-7pm 

WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN...

OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN...Then REPEAT.
Only Work 15 DAYS A MONTH!!

Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND!!
One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
