Plastic Injection or Thermo Molding Process Engineer (Solidworks Autocad)

• Maintain Efficiency Standards in the operation of each mold (SOP) and take the necessary actions to meet them .
• Apply continuous improvement in the analysis of Molding/Thermoforming processes, seeking efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, and cost savings. .
• Design fixtures according to process requirements and needs.
• Implement engineering deviations or changes when necessary.
• Coordinate product rework activities.
• Propose improvements to mold/tooling process es to make them leaner and eliminate waste.
• Document new parts or components, bills of materials (BOM), and update or register them in the ERP system.-
• Document process changes and/or updates in procedures and the ERP system.
• Support the implementation of visual aids according to production and/or quality requirements.
