An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Plasterer / Wet Trade Multi to join their team working in and around Basingstoke. This is a temp to perm opportunity, working on a long-term social housing maintenance contract carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties. The Role: - Carry out plastering repairs in occupied and void properties - Complete patch plastering, skimming and making good works - Undertake additional wet trade repairs including basic tiling, decorating and minor carpentry where required - Diagnose repair issues and complete work to a high standard - Respond to reactive maintenance jobs - Keep tenants informed of work being carried out - Complete job sheets and records as required What We're Looking For: - NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent experience - ...
