Plaster Technician (Bank)

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of patient care, recognise potential complications and health‑care issues, and report to the relevant person.
• Recognise legal implications of documentation and complete accurate, legible records.
• Provide wound care appropriate to the patient’s needs and record this in line with department documentation standards.
• Plan and organise straightforward activities, plans and prioritise own workload.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, use appropriate personal protective equipment, advise others as appropriate, assess risk management and reduce risks where possible, and report using Trust incident reporting procedures.
