BioLife plasma centres are part of the Takeda biopharmaceutical company. Our business is the collection and freezing of blood plasma from donors in Hungary for the production of pharmaceuticals.
We’re looking for a full time Center Manager for the plasmapheresis center in Hungary – Kecskemét (100% on-site role)
In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of nurses and physicians at the Kecskemét plasma center, ensuring operational excellence, donor safety and the highest quality standards through strong in-person leadership and close day-to-day presence.
Your tasks in detail:
Organizational and administrative management of Kecskemét plasma center in cooperation with the Lead Physician and the Quality Management Representative
Defining and implementing an expedient center strategy
Leading a team of nurses and physicians – support, develop, motivate, provide regular train...
