As a Plant Supervisor with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will oversee ready-mix concrete plant operations, ensuring proper equipment, materials, and production to meet client needs. Maintains safety for personnel and customers, coordinates daily production and deliveries with the Plant Manager, and provides timely reports. May also handle scheduling to ensure efficient, on-time distribution and customer satisfaction.
