Seeking a Plant Superintendent for ADM in Midland, Ontario, to lead operational strategies and team performance at a unionized facility. This full-time role is essential for ensuring compliance and quality standards.
In this position, you'll provide direct leadership to supervisors and indirectly manage approximately 40 colleagues.
