**YOUR MISSION**

You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to research initiatives within Plant Sciences, as the Plant Sciences Department Manager. Your role is critical to supporting the sustainable supply and differentiation of core commodities, as well as addressing both global and regional challenges impacting agricultural production systems and ingredient sourcing.
