Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions
Provides engineering support to operations, specifically: Design / implement plant projects;Obtains / evaluates proposals;Works closely with in-house Maintenance / Operations / Purchasing / Accounting Staff;Oversees Contractors;Generates / updates engineering drawings;Troubleshoots and optimizes facility processes; andEvaluates emergency response and incident situations. Provides the following technical support for regulatory activities: Permit submittals and reports;Evaluation of regulatory impact on operations. Identifies, develops and implements projects and facility modifications to improve safety, compliance and/or profitability performance.
