Plant Program/Launch Team Leader

The Plant Program/Launch Team Member at Forvia is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing programs at the plant.
The work starts from the end of the project acquisition (end of phase 1) and continues until 6 months after the SOP.
Responsibilities
Implements the APQP for the management of new programs in compliance with procedures.
Coordinates the assigned tasks of the program and ensures their fulfillment through a schedule of activities.
Manages the program's budget (launch cost).
Acts as a technical interface with customers and suppliers, in agreement with the program manager.
Serves as the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) and the plant.
Leads the plant's program team and manages resources from each area to ensure a successful launch.
Reviews the operating personnel's skills in the plant according to requirements, industrial analysis, and technical assignments during manufacturing.
