Role : Shift Operations Manager / Shift Coordinator / Process Plant Engineer - Mining / Mineral Processing Plant

To lead and control the shift wise operation of mineral processing plant. Responsible for achieving the business targets for the processing plant.

• To lead the shift wise operation of the plant ensuring smooth operation in accordance with the standard operating procedures and prepare the shift report.
• To achieve the targeted availability and utilization of the plant. Monitor, control, and supervise the complete operation of the plant during the shift
• Troubleshoot the issues that emerge during the shift operation. Communicating and coordinating within the departmental and other department of the company.
• Perform risk assessment and ensuring compliance with the safety standards and electrical safety requirements during the work.
