Responsibilities:
Creat working instruction and set up the vulcanization parameter/layout /material flow etx. based on process development information
To participate the customer audit and internal audit , follow up the process related actions
Responsible for all the process related trouble shooting /unplanned vulcanization machine or tooling breakdown.
Participate the PTR and IRR , organize the pre-serious sample production
Manage process related continus improving project
Process related engineering change management
Communication and changing of experience、lessons learned with other plant
Qualifications:
More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development releated fields.
Know the basic part of pre-heating and assembly process
