Ferrero International is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to become part of our Hazelnut Company Chile team in Temuco. The successful candidate will drive improvements in plant performance through the implementation of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.
This role requires overseeing cross-functional projects, including budget planning and tracking, while collaborating effectively with teams in both Spanish and English. A degree in engineering and experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing are essential for this position.
