**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
+ Communicate operational issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
+ Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures during assigned shift
