Plant Operator (12h rotating shift / 6-month temp)

**Job Overview: Plant Operator**

**Pay:** $22/hour

**Schedule:** 36–48 hours/week. Must be flexible for 8 or 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends) and overtime.

**Key Qualifications**


+ **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ **Experience:** Light manufacturing experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
+ **Skills:** Mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting, and effective communication.
+ **Safety & Tools:** Knowledge of OSHA/environmental regulations, ability to handle hazardous materials, and a valid forklift license (or ability to get one).

+ **Operations:** Run and troubleshoot industrial equipment (mixers, extruders, kilns, dryers, mills); perform minor repairs.
+ **Quality & Data:** Conduct quality checks, collect samples, and maintain accurate production logs.
