**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, boiler, and power plant equipment
+ Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system repairs
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond to equipment needs
+ Repair and maintain pumps, compressors, steam and water systems
+ Support and maintain building automation systems (VAVs, AHUs, thermostats)
