Plant Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities



1. Supervise installation of production and process equipment

2. Monitor contractors and ensure quality workmanship

3. Review mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications

4. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of equipment

5. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation and start-up

6. Prepare maintenance plans and equipment documentation

7. Ensure compliance with safety and project standards

8. Submit progress and accomplishment reports



1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed preferred)

2. 3–5 years experience in plant construction or industrial equipment installation

3. Knowledgeable in mechanical systems, commissioning, and preventive maintenance

4. Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours as needed

5. Must have Safety Officer 3 (SO3) Certification accredited by DOLE/BOSH
