The role of the PCL Engineer in a plant is to ensure the customer requirement by levelling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible.
He or she is accountable for: 
Customer communication, right usage of customer systems and tools, Customer order integrations and fulfillment at the right Engineering level,
