The Quali Find Group has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager for our client ́s expanding manufacturing operation in Baja California.This is a confidential search.We'll share additional information about our client only with candidates selected for the interview process who agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant's transformation and expansion.Candidates for this role will have:Bachelor's degree in technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university.MBA or other related Master's Degree is preferred.Minimum of 10 years' experience in Operations or Management, with previous experience in manufacturing operations in the electronics/electrical industry.DMS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma training.Knowledge of local culture and ability to integrate local culture with Company culture to achieve operational goals.Full bilingual proficienc...
