Plant Manager

Overview Greystone Corporation operates three plants in the US, one plant in China, and one plant in Poland.

We are a world leader in the manufacturing of high precision turned ferrous metal parts and electro-plating of functional coatings for the automotive industry with a focus on safety-critical components.

The Plant Manager will coordinate and direct the operations, maintenance, quality and engineering departments within a growing facility.

Total plant employment is approximately 100 employees.

The Plant Manager will have 6-7 direct reports.

We operate 24/6 and all plants maintain IATF 16949:

• 2016 certification.

The successful candidate must have:

• 5 plus years’ direct operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably involved in the automotive industry.
