Your tasks
Operational Oversight: Manage all plant operations from component receipt through assembly, testing, commissioning,andshipping to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Enforce quality standards, implement test protocols, and ensure adherencetohealth, safety, and environmental regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives while monitoring KPIs.Ensure highest competitiveness and resource-optimized operation.

Personnel Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop teams within subordinate departments to foster engagement,accountability,and professional growth.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Managing Directors and other stakeholders to align plant operations with corporatestrategy and support key projects. Proactively engage with internal and external customers to optimize processes.
