Our client a well established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced **Plant Manager** to lead operations across a multi-facility environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, people focused leader with strong manufacturing expertise - particularly in machining and Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing - and a passion for building high performance teams.

**Location(s):** Wisconsin
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Schedule:** Monday thru Friday (hours may fluctuate based on production)
**Salary:** Based on experience and background - Up to $175K
**Bonus:** Performance based, paid annually
