Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is instrumental in coordinating plant activities through departmental managers to achieve manufacturing objectives in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. This includes developing and controlling profit plans and manufacturing budgets. The position requires strong leadership to ensure successful day-to-day operations, developing manufacturing forecasts, and communicating plant performance to executive management. The Plant Manager will also build solid partnerships and networks with other departments, plants globally, and key customers.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Direct and manage all plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost and cash (SQDCC). Lead Daily Gemba walks
+ Ensure Revenue, GP, Service level, Past dues, Inventory, Quality & Safety goals are exceeded to annual KPI’s
