AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a Plant Manager at our Lancaster Plant in Lancaster, PA. As a Plant Manager you will have full accountability for leading all aspects of plant operations, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding results in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement. This role will also have oversite to our Beech Creek, PA facility.

This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across all plant functions, ensuring the effective execution of production plans while building a high-performance culture grounded in continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability. The Plant Manager serves as a visible leader on the plant floor, aligns cross-functional teams to business objectives, and drives sustainable improvements that support both current operational demands and long-term growth.
