**Roles and Responsibilities**

As the Plant Manager, you will:

+ Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
+ Develop, coach, and motivate staff leaders to guide production and support organizations for optimum day-to-day operations
