+ Lead day-to-day quarry operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost objectives
+ Foster a strong safety culture by implementing and reinforcing policies, training, and best practices
+ Drive operational excellence through planning, continuous improvement, and effective use of resources
+ Develop, coach, and engage team members to build capability, accountability, and strong performance
+ Collaborate with maintenance, sales, and regional leadership to meet business and customer needs
