Facility Manager – Operational Excellence (Operations LI) at Air Liquide Iberica de Gases, S.L.U.

Responsible for achieving and sustaining operational excellence in safety, reliability, efficiency, customer relationships, and regulatory compliance within the LI Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Operational Excellence at the facility level.
• Assume legal responsibility for safety and ensure safety performance (field, process, cybersecurity) with HSE and industrial teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong and sustainable safety culture.
• Ensure reliability of product delivery meeting customer contracts and demand.
• Develop and maintain a strong reliability culture.
