Plant Manager (Ciudad López Mateos)

Canadian company located in Atizapan de Zaragoza, Estado de México requests for

• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment (required)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (Production, HR, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, etc.)
• Demonstrated track record of strategic execution and operational excellence
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with KPIs, ERP systems (preferably EPICOR)

• Deep understanding of daily plant operations and managing production schedules
• Proven ability to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs): On-Time Delivery, productivity, output, etc.
• Skilled in equipment optimization, asset utilization, and downtime reduction
• Experience working in alignment with sales forecasts, logistics, and cost accounting
