Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
Drive comprehensive plant operations, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, and production while ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and service standards
Manage cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, production operations, maintenance, planning, and quality control
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with environmental and health safety regulations while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function / quality/ Logistic.
3 to 5 years experience in management field.
Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing improvements.
