It leads multiple functional areas including Production, Engineering, Logistics/Planning, Quality Assurance, and Administration, while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence. The role ensures that all processes meet regulatory requirements and that the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals.
