Plant Manager

Reporting to the Director of Global Die Manufacturing – CPM, the Plant Manager is accountable for safe, efficient and cost‑effective operations, ensuring achievement of company objectives and consistent customer product quality and on‑time delivery. The role requires leadership, direction, decision‑making and stability for all plant employees, including maintenance, production, process, warehousing & shipping, quality control, inventory control, and close collaboration with engineering and order processing teams in CPM Americas locations. This position is responsible for planning and directing all manufacturing activities for the manufacture of pellet mill dies at the Dorssers facility in Blenheim, Ontario, Canada, and includes supervision and coordination of activities and personnel. In a small facility, broad involvement and a bias for action on the floor are critical.
