The Plant Manager, Blacks Harbour is a driven, results‑oriented operations leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of canned sardine production in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role ensures production is delivered on schedule, at the lowest possible cost, and at the highest quality standards through strong strategic and tactical leadership of all plant departments.
