The QualiFind Group has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager for our client´s expanding manufacturing operation in Baja California.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant’s transformation and expansion.

Candidates for this role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university.
• MBA or other related Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations or Management, with previous experience in manufacturing operations in the electronics/electrical industry.
• DMS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma training.
