Job Description
RHI Magnesita in Tlalnepantla is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at the plant. The role reports to the Head of Maintenance and focuses on planning, execution, and continuous improvement of equipment reliability.
The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, and working knowledge of SAP. English communication is required; customer service skills are valued.
