Plant Human Resources Manager

Role Title: Plant HR / HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Location: Maraimalai Nagar (Chengalpattu) Experience: 8–15 years (preferred in manufacturing/plant setup) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role involves handling employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and Industrial Relations, Union & Legal , ensuring smooth plant operations while aligning with business goals. Employee Relations & IR (Industrial Relations) Manage shopfloor employee relations and maintain a positive work environment Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Coordinate with unions (if applicable) and support negotiations Drive engagement initiatives for blue-collar workforce 2.
