Supervises: HR and Administration Supervisor, Admin Staff, Safety Officers

The Plant HR and Administration Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of human resources and administrative operations across all manufacturing units of Royu. The role ensures the plant is adequately staffed, legally compliant, and operationally supported, enabling production leadership to focus on output while people practices remain sound, consistent, and business‑enabling.

Within the organization, this role is the critical link between corporate HR direction and plant‑level workforce realities.
