Job Purpose
The Plant Operations Head is responsible for leading the overall plant operations and ensuring achievement of business objectives related to production, profitability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for the plant’s overall P&Lperformance, operational excellence, and strategic execution while driving continuous improvement across all functions.

- Lead end-to-end plant operations with full accountability for plant performance and profitability.
- Drive achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets aligned with business objectives.
