Overview
:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Plant Fitter on behalf of one of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to long/short term machines and customers owned equipment. Ensuring best practice with quality and professionalism are met at all times and to maintain customer satisfaction.

Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel however, all candidates will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Workshop manager in identifying plant issues.

Work proactively as part of a busy workshop team both in the workshop and on our construction sites.

Ensuring that safe practices are demonstrated on site whilst conducting your work.

Where necessary brief the operators on the issues which are causing damage or wear to plant and equipment.
