                Plant Finance Manager - Manufacturing
 Location: South/Western Suburbs

 We're looking for a commercially savvy Plant Finance Manager to lead financial control and partner with Operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity across the manufacturing site.
 This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll sit at the heart of operations, linking finance with operations.
 What You'll Own
Lead month-end close and ensure integrity of SAP financials (cost & inventory)
Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and budgets aligned to plant KPIs
Drive standard costing accuracy and cost visibility
Partner with Operations to eliminate waste and lift plant performance
Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Champion strong internal controls
