YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Plant & Equipment and matrixed to the Data & Digital Innovation Manager, the VIE Plant & Equipment Data & Performance Graduate will support the UK Plant & Equipment function in improving operational efficiency, asset performance, and data‑driven decision making across the business, through the systematic use of Colas’s suite of digital tools, telematics systems, and processes related to equipment asset management and performance.

Working closely with Plant & Transport Managers, Workshop Teams, and Operational Teams, the role will focus on the deployment, adoption, and optimisation of digital tools, maintenance systems, ERP, telematics systems and performance reporting. The graduate will combine technical ...
