Greenfield is looking for a Plant Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on engineering support for day‑to‑day plant operations.
• Serve as the primary technical problem‑solver on site, supporting operations, maintenance, and production through troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and project execution.
• Manage all capital projects with a total installed cost of less than $250,000, from initial scope definition through commissioning and close‑out.
• Assist in the development of environmental, health and safety procedures and food safety standards that interrelate with plant processes.
• Participate in quality, environmental, and health & safety systems, including FSSC 22000 ISO, GMPs, FSMA, FEMAS, and other food and feed safety initiatives and standards.
